To shop with us, you will need to have a credit/debit card, or payment method that we accept, and be authorized to use that payment method (e.g. the account is in your name or you have permission to use it).
MUV MEDIA GROUP is an eco-friendly and ethical brand, and everything we produce follows a slow-production model (e.g. we print and produce your physical products on demand), so our products may take longer to get to you than other brands. We apologize for the delay (sorry, not sorry), but just know that you’re helping create a sustainable world through fair trade and green manufacturing. Depending on the product, orders may take up to (30) days before the product is shipped.
Slow production is also an imperfect process, as the process is handled by our manufacturers and the product is shipped directly from the warehouse to you. That said, there may be small errors in a product from time to time (e.g. minor placement changes or a missing tag). If your product has an error, let us know and we’ll toss you a discount for a future order.
When you place an order, you should receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorization check to make sure there’s enough money on the card. We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card or account.
You will receive a second confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you. If you haven’t received tracking for your order within (30) days, please contact us.
Occasionally, we may need to block/cancel an order or close an account even if we have previously confirmed your order (e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account). If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, let us know! We have automatic systems in place to stop fraudulent orders, but sometimes they get the wrong person – sorry about that! Additionally, filing a chargeback dispute for not receiving your order during our (30) day production period plus shipping time (you know the one you selected at checkout) will result in an instantaneous blacklist from our shop and flagged with our financial institution. We’re a small business, and negative actions hurt us. Sorry, not sorry.
Before you complete your order, you’ll be given delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times depending on the delivery address. Once the order is shipped, you should receive tracking if it’s available. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you. If you haven’t received tracking for your order within (30) days, please contact us. There is a lot that goes into sustainable slow production, and we may have missed updating your information.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless or refunds you’ve been sent the wrong product or order, or something arrives damaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us for a replacement. Because of the slow-production process, errors do arise from time to time, and if you receive and order with an error or your threads don’t fit quite right (e.g. minor placement changes or a missing tag), let us know and we’ll provide you with a compensatory discount code for your next order.
From time to time, we may offer promo codes that you can use to reduce the price of your order. Remember, it’s your responsibility to enter the code at checkout. Once an order is placed, we can’t update it with a promo code.
If you’re given a unique promo code (e.g. subscriber perks) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a code in any way (e.g. fraud or technical errors), we can cancel the promo code and/or suspend your account and cancel related orders without prior notification.
NO F*CKERY ALLOWED
We don’t like to tell people what to do, but you must not misuse or tamper with our websites, apps, or other services (“Websites”) (e.g. no hacking or DDOS attacks, please), mess with website functionality, or steal our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offense, but it also gets in the way of providing exceptional services to an exceptional community, so shit is serious. We will report any such activity (and all information about the people involved) to the relevant law enforcement authorities and take any further legal action required.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MUV MEDIA LLC, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this Website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
MUV MEDIA owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected worldwide. All rights reserved.
You’re allowed to store, print, and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
You’re not allowed to use the MUV MEDIA GROUP or any MÜV brand trademark without our express permission.
